Young people are becoming increasingly interested in illegal drugs and the level of drug use in the UK is rising. KentNow reporter Paul Alli has had a closer look at the facts and the effects concerning drugs in the UK in a three part series.
Cocaine is a powerful stimulant, keeping you wired but not without major risks. Cocaine causes your blood vessels to constrict immediately, increasing your heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature. At first, this may make you sweaty and shaky, but seizures, cardiac arrest and even death are real risks.
There is are high cocaine and ecstasy prevalence rates in UK and Netherlands. Italy, Latvia and the United Kingdom are among Europe’s worst for long-term drug use, according to a new study.
