2. Mais Que Nada – Sergio Mendes & Brasil ’66: When you think of Brazil, you think of this song. The ultimate Samba tune.
3. Three Lions – David Baddiel, Frank Skinner & The Lightning Seeds: This song is essential for any England football fan.
4. Self Preservation Society – Earthling Scum: The 1966 England World Cup song which also appears in the Mini-chase scene in The Italian Job.
5. The Great Escape – The Football Supporters Band: Somehow this movie classic has become a football hit. Expect this to appear in a LOT of adverts.
6. Goal England – We Are Scientists: A relatively unknown England song from 2010 by an American band.
7. We Are One (Ole Ola) – Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez & Claudia Leitte: One of this year’s crop of ‘official’ World Cup songs.
8. Is This The Way To The World Cup? – Tony Christie: Expect to hear this one being blared out from the terraces.
9. We Are The Champions – Queen: It’s doubtful that this will be played for England this summer, but we live in hope.
10. Dar Um Jeito (We Will Find A Way) – Santana, Wyclef Jean, Avicii & Alexandre Pires: A rival to Pitbull’s song (7) for the official World Cup tune.
11. Come On England – 37350: A footballing take on Dexy’s Midnight Runners’ hit `Come on Eileen’.
12. Come On England (Don’t Break My Heart) – Politics of Pop: An unofficial alternative England World Cup song for Brazil.
13. Another Star – Stevie Wonder: This has been selected as the BBC’s theme for their World Cup coverage.
