A woman has been granted conditional bail after threatening another woman with violence.
Ella Sole, 23, from Constitution Road in Chatham, Kent, pleaded guilty to using threatening words with intent to cause fear or provoke violence.
The incident occurred in Chatham on Monday 8th January, when Sole approached the victim from behind and caused her ‘to fear serious harm’, Medway Magistrates Court heard.
In a hearing on 10th January, Sole was granted bail on the conditions that she has no contact with the victim and does not re-enter Chatham, except when attending court.
A second hearing for Sole is scheduled for Tuesday 6th February.
