The gang are thought to be linked to al-Qaeda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Waheed Mahmood and Anthony Garcia were put in prisom for life&nbsp;after being found guilty in April 2007 after their plans to use fertiliser-based explosions were uncovered.
