The body of Piotr Lacheta. 55, was found in Cowgate Cemetery in Albany Place, Dover, on the morning of Tuesday 1st October. Two people of no fixed abode, 47-year-old Claire Lunn and 37-year-old Justin Burnett, were charged with his murder yesterday and were remanded in custody.

The pair appeared in Margate Magistrates Court today, where they entered no plea. They will appear at Maidstone Crown Court next Tuesday.
