Halloween Tours in Fort Amherst holds first event

Scare enthusiasts will be heading to Fort Amherst in Chatham as the first event of the Halloween Tour will be taking place tonight. This year, the organisation has added tours for children and teens as well.

The event has over 200 actors dressing up as scary creatures, and their only goal is to scare the life out of people.

The actors are volunteers who just enjoyed playing the part, and seemed particularly excited to have the opportunity to do it with children. In the previous years, the Halloween Tours had been exclusively for adults, but a children and a teen’s edition have been added to the agenda.

The tours have been critically acclaimed in the recent years, reviewers ScareTOUR said that the Chatham based event is “like nothing else in the UK”.
