The festival season continues, now coming to London with the BFI London Film Festival.

From 2 to 13 October, film fans, journalists and reviewers will get to see some of the most exciting productions of the year. That includes Robert Eggers’ The Lighthouse, starring Robert Pattinson and William Dafoe, Martin Scorsese’s new political mystery The Irishman, Timothée Chalamet’s portrayal of Henry V in The King, and what kicked off this year’s festival- Armando’s Iannucci The Personal History of David Copperfield.

Premiering tomorrow is one of Adam Driver’s many upcoming hits. The Report, a docudrama about the investigation into the CIA’s systematic use of torture on suspected terrorists, that will be screening on Saturday afternoon at Embankment Garden Cinema. TV journalist and a researcher, currently working for the London Documentary Network, Natasha Devan, says that this movie is something she’s most excited about.

“Adam Driver is expected to attend and I love all the films he’s in,” she said. “There’s always a really buzzy atmosphere in the air with lots of creative minds coming together! One of my favourite parts of each screening is the Q&A where you find out about the idea behind each film and the inspiration for making it.”

Among things waiting for movie goers today are The Last Black Man in San Francisco, Our Ladies and Monos.
