Dartford Borough Council are currently looking for a new company to manage the towns waste management.

Private support company Amey has decided not to carry on their agreement with Dartford, as residents are growing impatient at the poor state of the town’s bins.

Joe Dawson went to Dartford to see the situation first-hand, speaking to Labour Councillor Jonathon Hakes, as well as local residents and Dartford Litterpickers, a support group taking on the task of cleaning up the streets of Dartford.
