Romanians promise they’ll continue protesting

Romanian protesters have promised they will continue until Prime Minister Sorin Grindeanu government resigns.

That comes after the government passed a decree that aimed to decriminalise certain acts of corruption, which set off the largest protests in the country since 1989.

Protests are expected to continue until parliament votes on whether to endorse the repeal of the decree. That will likely happen by the end of the week.
