Prism London raises money to support refugees during winter

By Anastasia Dzustsati

Last Wednesday Prism store in London hosted A Night for Hope raising money for Syrian and Palestinian refugees. A curation of guest luxury fashion and art products from independent designers across the world was for a reason – to supply refugees with winter coats.

The current situation with refugees is very poor as those living in Syria and Jordan have no proper shelter and clothing to protect them during winter. Thus Prism partnered with Help Refugees to help the problem.

A Choose Love t-shirt designed by Katherine Hamnett was the main lot to sell during the event and will be available to purchase in the pop up store at Brompton Road London until the end of the year.

Prism organised various activities for the guests including stones reading by Lunar Oniyari and Art performance by Darren Cullen of Graffiti Kings. The event was packed with celebrities and socialites who support the cause.

A couple of thousand pounds has been raised to donate to Help Refugees UK by the end of the night.
