U.N. special envoy and Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie visited a migrant camp on the Greek island of Lesbos today as part of a two-day visit to Greece.

During her visit on the Aegean island she toured the Moria refugee camp and met with local government officials.

“I am very happy to be in Lesbos, very happy to be here, looking forward to coming back with my family.” Jolie told reporters.

When asked if she believed the migrant crisis in Greece would be over soon she said:”I don’t think anything is going to be over soon.”

“I am here to reinforce efforts by UNHCR and the Greek government to step up the emergency response to the deteriorating humanitarian situation.”  she said in a statement.
