This is where you can try Virtual Reality in the UK from today

If you’ve been itching to get your hands on a virtual reality headset, today is your lucky day! You will soon be able to try Virtual Reality headsets by yourself in shops around the UK.

HTC, the taiwanese manufacturer behind the HTC Vive virtual reality headset, has teamed up with several stores around the country to have in store displays and demonstrations.

From today, you will be able to get your hands on one in Currys PC World stores in Leeds, Reading and London.

Later in the month, Overclockers UK in Newscastle-under-Lyme and Scan Computers in Bolton will also let their customers try out the highly anticipated headset.

Sadly, you will not be able to buy it straight away, as stores are only taking pre-orders at the moment.

The news comes after Sony announced Playstation VR yesterday with a price tag of £350 and as Oculus Rift prepares to ship their headset this month.
