Two new Aldi stores to open in Herne Bay and Whitstable, Kent
Whitstable and Herne Bay are gearing up to add Aldi stores to their array of supermarket choices.
The budget supermarket will open a new branch at Whitstable on February 23 close to an M&S food hall and Home Bargains on the Prospect Retail Park.
The other one in Herne Bay will open its doors on March 16.
Construction of the Herne Bay store started a year ago following a number of delays including highways issues. The original plans for the supermarket were announced five years ago.
