Trump to keep Celebrity Apprentice role

Donald Trump will remain as an executive producer on his show Celebrity Apprentice, even though he is becoming the new US President.

He will keep his role when the show airs in January, which airs 18 days after he is sworn in as the next President of the United States, which is leading to questions about conflict of interest.

The new series is owned by MGM and aired by NBC, and features Arnold Schwarzenegger as the host for the first time.

The new series of Celebrity Apprentice features stars including singer Boy George, Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil and Jersey Shore personality Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.
